Questions before you buy
Will this keep my WiFi on during load shedding?
Yes. Plug it in between the wall and your router. When the power cuts, it switches over automatically so your router, modem, and many cameras can stay on.
How long does the 12000mAh battery last?
A typical home WiFi router often runs for several hours. Fibre ONTs, mesh WiFi, and cameras that draw more power will last less. Runtime depends on your device, not only the mAh number.
Will it work with my fibre / Telkom / Openserve / Rain / LTE router?
Most setups work if your device uses a supported output: USB 5V, DC 9V/12V, or PoE 15V/24V. Check the label on your current power adaptor (V and A). Unsure? WhatsApp us a photo of that label before you order.
Is it plug and play?
Yes. No electrician and no inverter. Plug the Mini UPS into the wall, plug your router into the Mini UPS, and leave it on charge. It takes over when Eskom cuts.
Can I also charge my phone?
Yes. It has USB output (5V 2A max), so it can charge a phone or tablet as well. Its main job is still keeping your router and cameras on.

Does it have PoE for cameras?
Yes. PoE output is 15V/0.6A and 24V/0.6A. Confirm your camera’s voltage before you buy.

Is shipping free?
Yes on orders of R250 and over. This unit is R450, so shipping is free. Most parcels arrive in 2–5 working days.
